Piper Alderman has bolstered its partnership in Sydney with the addition of projects specialist Teodor Lomaca.

Lomaca commenced with the firm on Tuesday. He focuses on front-end projects and construction.

He has more than a decade of experience tackling matters involving project delivery strategies. He has also drafted and negotiated upstream and downstream agreements, conducted risk analysis, and offering guidance on contract administration.

Lomaca has advised on infrastructure, energy, commercial, and residential projects for clients in the development and construction sector. Piper Alderman managing partner Tony Britten-Jones highlighted Lomaca’s hire as being in line with the firm’s focus on its projects, infrastructure and construction practice as a “key strength” for the firm.

His reputation as a distinguished lawyer in the field, combined with his expertise in construction law, procurement strategy, and project delivery is a great strength for our national practice”, Britten-Jones said.
