Pragma is a Perth-based firm specialising in mediation and dispute resolution. They are, they tell us, “one of the rare law firms that truly embraces fixed fee pricing … this means we’re encouraging smart working, not clocking billables.” In addition to smart working, Pragma realises the efficacy of new technology in the legal space. They’ve partnered with Automio to automate their documents into Legal Bots. As they explain: “At the user’s end, our staff or clients answer carefully designed questions to help draft the document specific to their needs, and generate (typically within 15 minutes) a fully-drafted document.”
