Laura Gavan brings over a decade of experience in workplace relations and safety law

W+K snatches new Melbourne employment head from HWL Ebsworth

Wotton + Kearney (W+K) has snagged former HWL Ebsworth lawyer Laura Gavan to lead its employment law practice in Melbourne.

Gavan specialises in termination of employment, post-employment restraint and confidential information litigation. She brings over a decade of experience in workplace relations and safety law.

She has tackled employment, industrial relations and WHS issues. Workplace head Chris Mossman described Gavan as “a highly regarded practitioner in the employment and industrial relations space, with a wealth of experience and a strong reputation in the market”.

Gavan commenced as a partner in W+K’s workplace team.
