The PEXA Practitioner Advisory Council has bolstered settlement certainty by measuring on day settlements – the outcome of collaboration between financial institutions and legal practitioners on the standards of digital settlement best practices. It also helped to introduce optional dates in part tenancy and related party transfer transactions to the PETA Exchange, limiting on day settlement flow disruptions.

This year, it trialled improvements to PEXA products like mobile signing.
