She has assisted with expansions into the UK and ANZ region
Jessica Turner has been appointed to lead the expansion of AI company Legora into New Zealand.
She will be on the founding team driving Legora’s rollout in APAC and Japan. She will work alongside Legora APJ VP Heather Paterson.
As New Zealand lead, Turner will manage partnerships and relationships throughout the country.
“New Zealand firms are well past the point of asking whether AI belongs in legal practice. The market is ready and we’re here to help firms integrate AI into legal workflows. We're excited to build on the momentum we're already seeing locally”, Turner said.
Turner has spearheaded launches in the UK and the ANZ region. She helped establish Highspot’s UK and ANZ offices; she also assisted Airtable with its launch in ANZ.
She has worked with SAP, Sprinklr, FTI Consulting, EDT – Discovery Simplified and elaw, according to LinkedIn. She was on the commercial litigation team at New South Wales-based Andreones Pty Ltd Lawyers from 2004 to 2008.
“We’re excited to have Jessica lead our New Zealand expansion. We're seeing extraordinary appetite for AI integration across major firms and are eager to help New Zealand organisations take advantage of powerful AI tools in their work”, Paterson said.
Last October, Dentons New Zealand adopted the Legora platform.
