Denham Bramwell has launched a new office in Albany.

The branch will be led by family lawyer Brooke Glasgow and property and commercial lawyer Emma Boad. They will be supported by associate Natasha Allen.

"Albany's strategic location, coupled with its vibrant business community and convenient transport links, made it an obvious choice. Denham Bramwell’s founding partners Brett Abraham, Fiona Cowan, and Sarah Vyle, are excited to expand the firm by making a contribution to the thriving North Harbour community", said Devika Kumar, general manager at Denham Bramwell.

The office will be located at Level 2, 51 Corinthian Drive. The move follows Albany's designation in the Auckland 2050 plan as a key hub for residential, commercial, and employment activities.

The Albany office is wheelchair accessible and provides complimentary on-site parking for clients’ convenience. It is also close to public transport and SH1.

Denham Bramwell also has an office in Whangaparaoa that is led by partner Nola McGowan.
