Associate joins Duncan Cotterill

Duncan Cotterill has welcomed a new associate in Wellington.

Lisa McKeown has joined the national firm’s litigation team, bringing with her expertise in trust and estate claims and contentious relationship property matters.

Admitted in 2005, she is also experienced litigator in other areas of family law, employment law, and professional disciplinary and medico-legal matters. She regularly appears in the courts and tribunals and also resolves disputes out of court.

“I provide practical advice and enjoy working with clients to achieve the best outcome for them, whether it be by negotiation, mediation, or at court,” she said in her Duncan Cotterill profile. “I am actively involved in the Wellington legal community and volunteer as a mentor to junior lawyers.”
