PwC Legal elevates two to principal

PwC Legal New Zealand has announced that Matt Keenan and Tom Logan have been promoted to principal.

In their new roles, Keenan and Logan will advise clients on corporate and commercial legal matters, including M&A transactions, due diligence, capital raises, corporate governance, commercial contracts, business structuring, and employee share schemes.

Keenan has experience advising different businesses across the spectrum, from start-ups and privately-owned businesses to large multinationals. He has lived and worked in New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the Cayman Islands.

Meanwhile, Logan is a specialist corporate and transactional lawyer, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, overseas investment, reorganisations, joint ventures, and capital raising transactions. He also provides general corporate and legal advice across a range of matters, including shareholder arrangements, employee equity and incentivisation plans, corporate governance, and commercial contracts.
