Sparke Helmore adds special counsel in Perth

Sparke Helmore has added Sascha Gore to its insurance statutory lines practice group.

Gore joined the firm’s Perth office as a special counsel. She moved from McCabes, where she was a senior associate position until last year. Prior to her tenure at McCabes, she was with SRB Legal, also as a senior associate.

“I couldn’t be more excited for this new chapter in my career,” Gore said. “I’m looking forward to furthering my skills in workers’ compensation and can’t wait to see where this role takes me.”

A highly experienced insurance specialist, Gore has extensive expertise in complex and catastrophic claims, public liability disputes involving personal injury and property damage, motor vehicle recovery, and medical negligence cases.

She has advised and acted for numerous self-insured employers and insurers. Moreover, she regularly appears at informal and pre-trial conferences for personal injury claims and acts as counsel for interlocutory hearings before the District Court.

She has been identified by her clients and peers as a recommended defendant CTP and motor vehicle insurance lawyer across WA in the 2018 and 2019 Doyle’s Guide.
