More than 30 lawyers have been promoted to senior roles, with seven making partner
Lander & Rogers has promoted 32 lawyers in the biggest promotion round in firm history.
Seven joined the firm’s partnership: Elon Zlotnick from the commercial disputes practice; Stephanie Taylor from the compensation law team; Rachell Davey, Liz Kofoed and Byron Leong from the family and relationship law practice; and Nicola Gardner and Noa Zur from the general insurance team.
The firm said that the diversity in the knowledge and skillsets of these new partners will “further drive the firm's growth and innovate the client experience.” Moreover, nearly half of the firm’s partnership will be composed of female lawyers when the promotions go into effect on 1 July.
Elevated to the role of special counsel were Caroline Mills from compensation law; Tamara Cook and Allison Nicholls from the family and relationship law team; Charlotte Adol, Alexzandra Harvey and Michael Williams from the general insurance practice; and Lloyd Havlik from the real estate and projects group.
“It's a testament to the strength of our team, all of whom bring so much energy and commitment to serving our clients and contributing to the firm's success. Our new leaders will play an important part in shaping Lander & Rogers' future,” said Genevieve Collins, Lander & Rogers chief executive partner.
Eighteen lawyers across the firm’s many practice groups were promoted to senior associate:
