Wynn Williams has elevated Christina Twyman, Danita Ferreira, Katherine Binsted and Kate Bradley to the partnership.

They will take up their new roles on 1 April. According to managing partner Ash Hill, the promotions reflect the quality of the firm’s advancement program.

Twyman is a specialist in regulatory litigation, public and coronial inquiries, and professional disciplinary matters. She has appeared as lead counsel before senior courts and specialist tribunals.

She has also defended clients in complex regulatory prosecutions. Moreover, she has guided regulators in relation to their statutory obligations.

Ferreira concentrates on M&A, corporate governance, business restructuring, shareholder arrangements, joint ventures and general company law issues. She has also tackled matters involving charities and not-for profit law as well as IP-related concerns.

Binsted has advised on matters across the full lifecycle of property transactions – sale and purchase agreements, leasing arrangements and development agreements. She has represented developers and investors of rural and industrial property.

Bradley focuses on relationship property, spousal maintenance, PPPR, and trust and estate disputes. She has worked with those seeking to protect assets before or during a relationship.

Twyman, Ferreira and Bradley operate from Wynn Williams’ Ōtautahi Christchurch office while Binsted is based in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland. With these additions, the number of partners at the firm hits 29.
