She started working with the firm as a legal executive
Tauranga-based The Firm has promoted Toni Hindmarsh to associate, reported the New Zealand Law Society.
Hindmarsh joined the firm in 2024 as a legal executive pursuing her law degree. Last year, she was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court.
She has worked on matters involving conveyancing, commercial law, family law, estates, and employment law. She previously worked in real estate, starting her legal career in 2017.
According to LinkedIn, Hindmarsh was a senior registered legal executive at Bush Forbes Limited from September 2017 to April 2024.
She is a member of the Law Society’s family and property law sections. She received her LLB from the University of Waikato and her diploma in legal executive studies from Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology.
