Layburn Hodgins promotes two to associate

Layburn Hodgins has promoted Claire Finn and Kirstin Williamson to associate, according to the New Zealand Law Society.

Finn specialises in family and employment law. In employment law, her experience includes personal grievances, disciplinary matters, and contracts. She is also experienced in civil litigation.

Finn also has international experience. She spent nine years abroad and most recently worked as a professional support lawyer at one of the Big Four Singapore law firms, which has more than 250 lawyers.

Williamson specialises in property, commercial, and private client law. She has a particular interest in elder law and asset protection, the Law Society said.

Williamson began her professional career as a trust accountant. She then became a legal secretary before earning a law degree from the University of Waikato.
