Senior associate ascends to director at WRP Legal & Advisory

Senior associate Stephen Annicchiarico has ascended to the position of director at Winter Romaldi Parhas (WRP) Legal & Advisory.

Annicchiarico leads the firm's IPT practices, He has advised ASX-listed entities and major start-ups in Australia.

He has handled matters involving trade marks, copyright, confidential information, IP commercialisation, brand protection, and technology transactions. He has also tackled issues involving financial services, privacy, and competition and consumer law.

Three other lawyers were promoted at the firm as well, namely, Frank Trimboli, Alice Watson and Christos Matsoukas.

Trimboli was elevated from associate to senior associate. He is a commercial litigator who has acted for leading Australian companies, He has appeared in courts across multiple jurisdictions, including the Supreme Court and Federal Court.

Watson was promoted to associate, having started with WRP as a law clerk in 2021. She has worked on corporate and commercial law matters, including corporations law, corporate governance, business structuring, and compliance.

Matsoukas was also elevated to associate. He is part of the corporate, commercial, and property law teams.
