Lander & Rogers has helped technology and business solutions provider Fujitsu Australia Limited to successfully acquire Sydney-based IT consulting firm Enable Professional Services.

According to Fujitsu, the deal supports the company’s approach to using M&A as a tool to support its growth ambitions and reinforces its service management advisory, consulting, and delivery services capability in the Asia-Pacific region.

“I am delighted that Fujitsu is investing in the growth of Australian technology companies and helping them to expand on a global scale,” said Graeme Beardsell, Fujitsu Asia-Pacific executive vice president and CEO. “Together, Fujitsu and Enable Professional Services will accelerate our customers’ digital transformations, delivered through our combined deep-industry experience and specialist teams.”

In line with the acquisition, Enable Professional Services will be re-branded as “Enable, a Fujitsu company”, operating under the continued leadership of CEO Bruce Hara.

Solakovski worked alongside special counsel Paul Mayson, senior associate Alex Dworjanyn, and lawyer Alexandra Harley. A cross-practice multidisciplinary team, including workplace relations and safety, real estate, digital economy, and regulatory, also provided legal support.
