Sajen Legal founder steps down as director

Queensland commercial litigation firm Sajen Legal has revealed that founder Kyle Kimball will step down as director of the firm and as a litigator.

Kimball moves into the role of strategic advisor as Tim Borham and Vincent Berry step up to lead Sajen Legal.

“After nearly four decades of running a successful law practice, I am looking forward to getting a balance back in my life that allows me to spend more time with my wife and children, who are now all young adults”, Kimball said. "As I transition away from the rigours of daily litigation and firm management, I am excited to tackle my new role as strategic advisor”.

Borham and Berry praised Kimball’s mentorship and leadership, highlighting his innovativeness and professionalism.

“Kyle's ongoing guidance as strategic advisor will be invaluable as we navigate these exciting developments and we are delighted he will stay involved as strategic advisor and help us to remain a leading commercial and litigation law firm, providing advice and mentoring the team as we continue to grow and expand”, Berry said.

Borham explained that he and Berry would concentrate on “expanding our practice areas and integrating more cutting-edge technology to enhance our legal services”.
