The sale involved the transfer of more than 650 assets
Piper Alderman has helped GTH Equipment and its related entities with the sale of their telehandler and access equipment fleet to Coates.
The complex asset sale transaction also included GTH Equipment’s Smithfield headquarters and its staff base. Under the sale terms, parties needed to coordinate the transfer of over 650 assets, the assignment and novation of GTH Equipment’s customer and supplier contracts, and the transition of property leases and employees.
