monday.com Ltd. GC Shiran Nawi has been elevated to the role of chief people and legal officer.

Under the eyes of co-CEOs Roy Mann and Eran Zinman, Nawi is set to manage the company’s global corporate legal strategy and compliance, as well as talent acquisition and development and employee experience. She is also tasked with cultivating an inclusive environment at monday.com.

“Shiran’s track record of strategic leadership, deep understanding of our unique culture, and a genuine passion for people made her the ideal candidate to lead our people function”, Mann said. “She also has been instrumental in developing our best-in-class legal team and we look forward to seeing her continued impact in her elevated role as chief people and legal officer”.

Nawi has been part of the company for five years and has been a key member of the senior management team. She developed, scaled and helmed monday.com’s 20-strong legal department; moreover, she was involved in cultivating major cross-company initiatives, including monday.com’s IPO and corporate philanthropy arm.

To kick off her tenure as chief people and legal officer, Nawi will to commence headcount planning for 2024, sustain the company’s culture and maintain operational excellence, monday.com said.

Her appointment took effect on 15 May.
