According to Channel Ten, the magistrate said Heard did not deceive Australian Customs on purpose and that she is clearly a good person, but said it is not a trivial offence.
She has been given $1000 recognisance for providing a false document.

This morning, Heard pleaded guilty to providing a false immigration document but has had the other two charges against her dropped, The Courier Mail reported.
Heard was scheduled to face three charges after she allegedly illegally smuggled her Yorkshire Terriers Pistol and Boo to the Gold Coast while Depp was filming Pirates of the Caribbean 5.
Jeremy Kirk SC, who is representing heard, told the court that Heard had made a video apology and expression of remorse for her actions.
