Keypoint Law secures IP expert as newest consulting principal

Keypoint Law has secured IP and trade marks expert Tony Grujovski as its newest consulting principal.

Grujovski focuses on IP and commercial law and is a registered trade marks attorney. He has overseen national and international trade mark portfolios, provided guidance on the enforcement and infringement of IP rights, tackled disputes and litigation across all types of IP, and managed trade mark oppositions and domain name disputes.

He has drafted and negotiated general commercial agreements; moreover, he has represented creative agencies, food and beverage manufacturers, personal care brands, hospitality businesses, and designers.

Prior to making the jump to Keypoint Law, Grujovski was with IP boutique George Legal, where he was a special counsel.

He will operate from Keypoint Law’s Melbourne office. The firm confirmed that he is the 72nd partner-level lawyer at the firm.
