Employer of Choice report ranks the best firms to work for

Australasian Lawyer asks readers to put forward deserving organisations for its Employer of Choice 2020 report—a showcase of legal employers that are leading the way with policies and initiatives that engage their staff in 11 key areas, including employee health and wellbeing, communication and access to technology and resources.

Submitting an entry is easy and free—simply submit the online entry form and provide quantitative and qualitative evidence to support the organisation’s claim as a great place to work.

“We were delighted to be included in the 2019 Employer of Choice Rankings and were proud of our submission, which reflected our approach to raising the bar in relation to attracting and retaining the best talent. It was encouraging to see our firm ranked amongst the best in Australia and receive recognition from the legal community,” said Andrean Duffy, marketing and communications manager at Gilbert + Tobin, 2019 Employer of Choice.
