Disputes expert moves from US giant to Singapore boutique

A corporate litigation expert has swapped the Singapore joint law venture of an American giant for a boutique law firm.

Fullerton Law Chambers, which was founded just last year, has appointed Wei Chern Tham as director. He moved from Duane Morris & Selvam, where he was director. He was also previously with Allen & Gledhill and WongPartnership.

Tham’s experience includes litigation related to securities and banking. His he also has a focus on shareholders’ disputes and breaches of directors’ duties. In 2017, Tham was bullish on litigation funding’s effect on Singapore’s disputes resolution space.

He joins Alfred Lim and Edmund Eng as directors of Fullerton Law Chambers. Lim moved to the firm from Quahe Woo & Palmer, where he was director, while Eng joined from Shook Lin & Bok, where he was partner.
