Carroll O'Dea celebrates 125 years with women-centric promotions round

In line with its 125th anniversary in the profession, Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers has elevated 13 in its latest promotions round – of which 84% were women.

The promotions include two new partners, four new special counsel and seven new senior associates. The lawyers step into their new roles on 1 July.

“In this very special year for Carroll & O’Dea as we mark 125 years of continuous practice, I am very pleased to announce our latest promotions which all reflect our emerging and established leaders. That 11 of the 13, or 84%, are women is a fact of which I am enormously proud”, managing partner Hanaan Indari said.

She added that of the newly promoted lawyers, many either kicked off their legal careers at Carroll & O’Dea or joined early in their careers.
