20 firms kept growth momentum going as the country continues to return to normalcy
As Australia continued to tackle the fallout from COVID-19 over 2021-2022, the legal profession faced new legal issues and needs, but according to Law Council of Australia President Tass Liveris, the sector has “shown itself to be resilient and adaptable.”
The law firms that were included among this year’s Fast Firms winners have capitalised on current market conditions to deliver growth both in revenue and headcount. They’ve built on their senior leadership teams and some have expanded their reach into new parts of the country.
Firms even entered into strategic partnerships to broaden their offerings, and expressed their intentions to either deepen or explore their expertise in other practice areas.
Fast Firm Kalus Kenny Intelex focused on determining what clients needed from them and delivering on those solutions. The firm developed its estates and wealth protection and family law practices through such a philosophy – becoming an example of how firms can sustain growth in uncertain times.
