ASX-listed Cali company gets on Nasdaq with assist from DLA Piper

ASX-listed California-based tech company Life360 has made it onto the Nasdaq with DLA Piper’s help.

According to co-lead partner David Ryan, the company’s trajectory thus far “is a prime example of the benefit of US companies listing on the ASX as a future springboard”.

“ASX listings can suit offshore tech companies because they provide a pathway for larger listings”, he explained. “The Nasdaq listing is an exciting opportunity for our client and we’re delighted to have played a role”.

Co-lead partner Kelly Morrison added that the Nasdaq listing was “a natural progression” in Life360’s growth journey. DLA Piper had previously advised Life360 on its ASX listing and IPO, which the firm described as one of the largest ever tech debuts at the time.
