In-house Leaders 2019

Hamish Macdonald has led a number of complex and high-profile projects on behalf of NZX in the past 12 months including leading NZX’s review and wholesale redraft of its main board/debt market listing rules and market restructure. The listing rules had not been holistically reviewed since 2003; as such this was a huge undertaking on Macdonald’s behalf, and involved consultation and engagement with a number of stakeholders in order to produce a revised set of rules which were fit for purpose for New Zealand’s capital markets.
