Hamish Macdonald, Head of External Relations & General Counsel, New Zealand’s Exchange (NZX)

Hamish Macdonald has led a number of complex and high-profile projects on behalf of NZX in the past 12 months including leading NZX’s review and wholesale redraft of its main board/debt market listing rules and market restructure.
