Lane Neave has elevated dispute resolution star Mike King to partner.

King has appeared in court for more than a decade, representing clients in property issues, shareholder disputes, agribusiness, defamation, and insolvency matters. He specialises in relationship property and trust and estate disputes brought before the Family and High Courts.

He handled contentious matters for a well-known Christchurch property developer, acted for a local district council’s CEO and mayor in defamation claims and was once junior counsel for the liquidators of Corbel Construction Limited and Rilean Construction (Central Otago) Limited.
