Three make partner at Duncan Cotterill

Tim Adams, Kate Mitchell, and Gareth Clendinning have been promoted to partner at Duncan Cotterill.

The elevations strengthen the Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch offices. Partner and board chair Brian Nathan said that he was “particularly proud to see our core value of He Tāngata reflected in the recognition of three individuals who have grown their careers here at Duncan Cotterill”.

Adams operates from Auckland and is an expert in property and property finance transactions. He has worked with institutional investors, developers and corporates.

Mitchell is based in Wellington and focuses on corporate, commercial and property law. She has tackled business acquisitions, sales, estate planning and relationship property issues. Her clients have included privately owned businesses and high-net-worth individuals.

Clendinning is an expert in M&A, capital raising and corporate governance matters. He has worked on matters in the technology, aerospace and energy sectors.

Adams, Mitchell and Clendinning step into their new roles on 1 April pending approval from the Law Society.
