When it comes to examining the future of the legal sector, there are few better people to ask than NZ’s up-and-coming generation of brightest lawyers – especially when it comes to the all-important topic of empowering talented women in their careers.

Such bright young minds will be gathering for Auckland’s Upcoming Women in Law Summit for ‘Voice of the future: young lawyers have their say’, one of the many presentations taking place over the course of a day-long event that aims tackle the biggest issues facing women in the legal field.

Sarah Kelly, Solicitor at Kensington Swan, Aria Molteni-Luporini, Senior Solicitor at Russell McVeagh and Elizabeth Thomas, Law Clerk at Anthony Harper will reveal how young lawyers feel about the recent sexual harassment revelations in the legal profession, whether young lawyers feel comfortable calling out sexual harassment, why so many young lawyers are considering other career paths and how law firms can ensure they attract and retain the best graduate talent.
