McCaw Lewis’ board has promoted Glenn Forster to the role of the firm’s first-ever CEO.

The firm said that the appointment “marks an evolution” in Forster’s role, and highlighted his “contribution to the firm’s vision, strategic objectives and overall management.”

Forster began his tenure with McCaw Lewis in the role of general manager in 2019. The Waikato firm lauded his business and financial savvy, which provided significant support to the director group.

Moreover, Forster led McCaw Lewis through the COVID-19 pandemic and through the exits of several senior directors and staff. The firm explained that he was instrumental in establishing McCaw Lewis’ values-based culture.
