Loo & Koo has promoted Nelly Ho as a partner in its commercial property team, reported the New Zealand Law Society.

Ho brings over 15 years of experience. Her practice encompasses acting for private individuals and corporates in matters related to the acquisitions and disposals of residential and commercial property, property financing, all aspects of commercial leasing, developments, subdivisions, due diligence investigations, business transactions, family trust and wills.

She joined Loo & Koo in 2007 as an associate solicitor before ascending to the role of senior associate. She was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court as well as a solicitor of the Victorian Supreme Court in Australia.

Ho obtained degrees in law and international business and economics from the University of Auckland.
