Gaze Burt has appointed Kimberly Knox as director.

Knox joined the firm in 2016 and is based in the firm’s North Shore office.

She is elevated from senior associate and has practised in Auckland since her admission to the bar in 2006, the firm said.

Knox has extensive experience in commercial and property law, the firm said.

She advises on mergers and acquisitions, joint venture arrangements, governance matters, commercial contracts, subdivisions and developments.

Knox, who also acts for a number of charitable entities, is a contributor for the New Zealand Law Journal. She is also a presenter for the Auckland District Law Society.

She is a member of the Women in Property branch of Property Council New Zealand and the Auckland District Law Society.
