Gaze Burt has made two senior promotions, elevating Simon Greening to partner and Rebecca Kroeze to senior associate.

Greening, who leads the firm’s employment team, will also lead the firm’s newly opened branch in Manukau located at Level 3, Parkview Towers on Davies Ave.

Acting for both employees and employers, the seasoned lawyer is an expert in a wide range of employment matters, including investigation meetings, disciplinary meetings, MBIE mediations, Employment Relations Authority hearings, and Employment Court appeals.

Greening has also appeared before the Human Rights Tribunal, the Office of the Privacy Commission, and the Teachers Disciplinary Tribunal.

Kroeze is a family law specialist and leads the firm’s family law practice. She is actively involved with the Collaborative Advocacy, a specialist alternative resolution service. Based in the firm’s North Shore office, Kroeze is available to meet clients in the firm’s Auckland CBD or Manukau offices.
