Corcoran French expands partnership with seasoned solicitor

Corcoran French has expanded its partnership with the addition of Christchurch solicitor Stephen Jeffery.

He joins the firm's property and commercial team with more than 35 years of experience in private practice. He brings expertise in matters involving both commercial and private clients.

Jeffery has tackled issues involving commercial, rural and residential property, trusts and estate planning, asset protection, management and administration. He has also handled matters related to succession and inter-generational wealth distribution.

He has assisted clients making their first home purchases, as well in acquisitions of retirement village units. He has provided guidance on property subdivisions, business sales and purchases through to the planning and distribution of wealth following a bereavement.
