Contract Law Masterclass 2020 goes virtual

The Contract Law Masterclass for 2020, where leading New Zealand law firms share their expertise on various aspects of contract law, will make its return in virtual form on 26 August. Registration is now open.

Experts will discuss topics such as post-COVID contractual trends, penalty clauses in contracts, cross border contracting strategies, force majeure clauses and pre-contractual negotiations. These insights are especially crucial in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
