Cavell Leitch has promoted Kirsten Graham to partner.

Graham, who joined the firm in 2009, is an expert in a range of civil and commercial litigation and dispute resolution.

She represents clients in courts at all levels. She has a special interest in assisting the trustees of New Zealand’s national marae. She has played a key role in enabling the courts to operate from the marae, as well as helped the trustees redefine and extend the purposes of the reservation for future commercial development and social housing, her profile on the firm’s website says.

Graham has also helped lead Cavell Leitch’s digital office committee, which has transitioned the firm to an electronic work environment. “She is passionate about finding efficiencies in legal practice through technology,” the firm said.
