Senior promotions announced at Cavell Leitch

Cavell Leitch has welcomed two lawyers to its senior ranks.

The firm has promoted Ashley-Jane “AJ” Lodge to the partnership and appointed Kirsten McMullen as senior associate. The promotions bring the firm’s partnership to 15 and its senior associate ranks to five.

Lodge leads the firm’s employment team. After finishing her BSc and LLB degrees from the University of Otago in 2011, she was admitted as a barrister and solicitor.

She acts for clients in all aspects of employment law and regularly represents them in mediations. She also acts for sports players and clubs in disciplinary and general matters.

McMullen supports clients in contract and tort law, commercial disputes, insolvency, Maori land law, dispute resolution, negotiation, and debt recovery matters.
