Cavell Leitch has elevated dispute resolution specialist Emma Pearce to senior solicitor.

She has advised on all aspects of litigation, mediation and negotiation. She previously worked in the justice sector for three years, concentrating on resource management and civil litigation.

“After a busy 2023, I am excited to start 2024 in my new role! I look forward to continuing to advocate for our wonderful clients, meet new ones, and continue to gain experience in a variety of legal cases and appear in courts across the motu (country). 2024 is going to be a great year, and I look forward to another interesting year in practice!” Pearce told NZ Lawyer.

Principals Susan Bevin and Glenn Cooper expressed their eagerness to see Pearce grow at the firm.

“We are delighted to have promoted Emma to her new position.  We are excited for what the future holds for her and look forward to continuing to watch her grow and develop her skills further”, Bevin and Cooper told NZ Lawyer.
