Anderson Lloyd has expanded its partnership to 29 with 2 additions.

Lauren Whitehead and Alex Booker are the firm’s newest partners. Whitehead is a specialist in infrastructure, construction, and government procurement; meanwhile, Booker concentrates on matters involving project consenting.

Whitehead recorded a stint in-house at KiwiRail as acting GC and senior corporate counsel. She has worked in Australia, and has qualified as a mediator in Sydney and New York City.

In addition, she is passionate about pro bono, and participates in a number of professional organisations.

Booker has worked extensively on issues involving renewable energy generation, mineral extraction, infrastructure, retail and property developments. She has tackled legal and regulatory matters related to the environment.

“Both Lauren and Alex are exceptional lawyers who provide a wealth of expertise to our firm, and we are thrilled to have them join the Anderson Lloyd partnership”, the firm said.
