AlexanderDorrington has promoted seasoned property lawyer Estelle Thorpe to senior associate, reported the New Zealand Law Society.

Thorpe is part of the firm’s commercial and residential property teams. She has more than 10 years of experience in property law, having worked in both Auckland and Wellington.

She has handled matters involving residential and commercial acquisitions and sales, business sales and purchases, due diligence, commercial leasing, trust work, and estate planning, among others.

Prior to her promotion, she had been an associate at AlexanderDorrington for a few months, the firm said.

AlexanderDorrington was among the Excellence Awardees at this year's NZ Law Awards.
