Meares Williams promotes two to associate

Canterbury firm Meares Williams has announced the promotion of Belinda Ferguson and Kate Warren to associate.

Ferguson graduated from the University of Canterbury and was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in October 2014.  She has experience in the relationship property, general civil litigation, estate litigation, conveyancing, and alcohol licensing. She has also appeared as counsel in the District Court and Family Court, and as junior counsel in the High Court.

Warren also graduated from the University of Canterbury and was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in July 2016. She works between the firm’s Christchurch and Rolleston offices, where she assists clients in property and commercial law, trusts, and estate planning.
