Robinson took a leading role in the $17b demerger of Coles Group from Wesfarmers, one of the most significant corporate transactions in Australia in 2018. She was responsible for leading the legal work stream that structured the demerger and scheme of arrangement. Throughout the process, Robinson demonstrated exceptional leadership in a high pressured environment. She worked alongside and directed internal and external legal resources, and provided commercially astute guidance to the project team to complete this complex transaction on time.
