Commercial and compliant solutions are at the heart of Manguray’s in-house practice for meeting strategic objectives within a risk-based decision-making framework. In the past year, she’s advised on the world-class ‘Crocodile Dundee’ campaigns worth $36m and $8m respectively, taking the lead on complex issues relating to intellectual property, commercial contracts, celebrity talent negotiations and more. She’s guided TA through the procurement process of significant tenders involving new creative and digital agencies; and she’s been credited for her outstanding work in leading the TA privacy and data protection taskforce to address how the organisation can meet compliance requirements, in particular with regard to the Data Breach Notification Scheme and the APP Code.
