As general counsel at Stanwell Corporation which deals in energy and resources, and more specifically electricity – a highly regulated and dynamic operating environment – Ware is kept on his toes most of the time. And, more recently, he was involved in Coronado Global Resources’ initial public offering and $3.87 billion listing on the Australian Securities Exchange.
