Pfeiffer is an outstanding corporate lawyer, and as general counsel, an efficient and well organised leader of Viva Energy’s legal team. A unique challenge for Lachlan in the last year has been to lead his team through transformational change as Viva Energy matured from a private company to a large ASX listed public company with an initial market capitalisation of its $4.85 billion IPO. During this change, Lachlan led diverse and motivated legal and governance divisions, whilst also becoming a trusted adviser to (and a part of) Viva Energy’s executive leadership team, and to the Vitol personnel responsible for the investment.
