Couche and Sedgwick are leading a whole-team transformation within the Thales Australia legal and contracts function, which consists of approximately 30 legal counsel, commercial managers and contract managers. The transformation initiatives that they have been delivering with great success in the past 12 months include: a new central workspace and document management system; a refreshed template suite; a new legal and contracts operations team focused on improving documents and processes; a tailored learning and development pathway for the team; and the introduction of data tools to measure team effort.
