Anbu and her team have supported Sydney Water in achieving many great outcomes for itself, its customers and the environment. Two notable projects in 2019 include: contractual and governance support for a new customer billing system and an integrated technology platform for Sydney Water (a NSW government project of state significance). And, giving legal advice on packaging claims made by wet wipes manufacturers as part of Sydney Water’s award winning ‘Keep Wipes Out of Pipes’ campaign. This also involved supporting the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission in their proceedings against manufacturers for misleading and deceptive conduct.
