In-house Leaders 2019

Coleman joined the Springfield City Group as general counsel just over 10 months ago and during this period, she’s already re-invigorated the legal team by putting into place much needed procedures and policies. Besides undertaking a full review of compliance of all legislation, she’s also added a review process to ensure ongoing and delegated compliance within the organisation, and formulated protocols, reviews and monthly meetings with all external stakeholders. Coleman has been integral in assisting with the roll out of "Netdocs" (an electronic document storage program), and has re-established communications between the commercial and legal teams so that she can be involved in all transactions from an early stage. She’s made herself available for heads of agreement negotiations, lease negotiations and more recently, a large $5 billion property negotiation.
