Ravi de Fonseka and Daniel Thompson will help to boost the firm's tech transactions offering
Allen & Overy has brought technology, telecommunications and IP specialists Ravi de Fonseka and Daniel Thompson in to help beef up its tech transactions offering.
de Fonseka brings more than two decades of legal experience gleaned from his work Australia and in the UK, while Thompson has over 15 years of experience in the field. They have tackled matters involving telecommunications networks, co-location, MVNO, regulatory, digital transformation, systems integration, outsourcing, IP, and data-driven projects.
de Fonseka and Thompson have also handled the technology, IP, data, and transition aspects of M&A projects, the firm said. The duo have worked with technology providers and consumers in the Big Tech, telecommunications, financial services, energy and resources, and ag-tech sectors.
