WRP Legal & Advisory – a full-service corporate and commercial law firm based in Adelaide – has announced the addition of Peter Pedler to its ranks, effective 1 October.

Pedler previously operated his own law firm, Pedler Lawyers, beginning in 2021. He focuses on commercial agreements and property and business transactions. He is adept at navigating commercial law issues, particularly in the hospitality industry, said WRP’s media release.

His experience includes navigating complex agreements, due diligence matters, joint ventures, commercial litigation, and property transactions involving negotiation, land division, and community titles, according to his bio on the firm’s website. He has acted for various clients, including national and local businesses, small and midsize enterprises, and high-net worth individuals.

Pedler chairs an unlisted public company that sells equipment around the globe and a local company involved in the hospitality industry, as per his bio. He is an experienced director, including of a wine marketing company and numerous private companies.

Back in August, WRP announced that it had appointed Ray Mansueto, insolvency lawyer, as a consultant. The firm – located at Flinders Street, Adelaide – began its operations in 2015 and currently employs nearly 60 staff.
